As a Project Management Intern, you’ll work directly with cross-functional teams including pharmacovigilance specialists, software developers, digital marketers, and leadership to help execute projects from start to finish. You’ll gain hands-on experience in coordinating activities, monitoring timelines, and ensuring delivery of high-impact healthcare and regulatory tech projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities and deliverables
- Support day-to-day coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Help maintain project documentation including timelines, task trackers, and meeting notes
- Participate in team stand-ups, reviews, and project briefings
- Track progress against milestones and alert team leads about risks or delays
- Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and development teams to ensure alignment on priorities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project execution processes

Key Requirements
- Strong interest in project coordination, healthcare innovation, or regulatory technologies
- Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Notion)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
- A background in life sciences, public health, business, or technology is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
